How to get there - Skipton is Well signposted on A65/A59/A629 (map)

Suggested Launch Site - Small free parking area adjacent to the canal at Niffany Viaduct

General Description - Journey length is 10 miles. Paddle through Skipton, exploring the Springs Branch on the way. Turn around 2.5 miles south of the town at Bradley Swing Bridge where there is parking and a picnic site. (map)

No locks but 3 low bridges which will require portage. Last at the turn around point can be avoided by mooring on the Skipton side of the bridge. (route)
